FRANKEN SM-3 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone was developed from our debut microphone FRANKEN SM-1, that still retains the identity of the “Vintage Style” both sounds and appearances.  SM-3 comes with matte black color the same scheme trough out our product line, and shaped larger from the SM-1.

The sound of FRANKEN SM-3 developed with retaining the vintage Styles High-Quality Capsule sound, resulting in bigger and thicker sound from the original SM-1, with a wider dynamic range. There are also several additional functions. First, Polar Pettern Switch can be switch in 3 different ways: Cardioid, Figure-8 and Omi-Directional, making it possible to record a wider variety of sounds. In order to meet a wide range of applications, there is a Hi-pass and a -10dB Pad Switch. FRANKEN SM-3 can be use to record Vocals, Chorus, Acoustic Guitar or Electric Guitar or other acoustic instruments including the use of Overheads Drum or Room mics and more. Works great for Studio, Live Sound And Boardcast work.
